FOR COACHES · FREE
You run the team.
We run the training.

You already know what your players need on the court. The lifting, the jumping and the numbers behind them are ours — the same program Connor trains on, written once and kept current. You get a roster, a code, a chat and a calendar, and you never have to write a program again.

CH.01WHAT YOU GETA TEAM, IN ONE PLACE
A roster

Everyone on your team in one list, with who trained this week and who has gone quiet. You see their training — sessions, bests, lifts, tests. You don't see their food, their body weight or their readiness notes. Those stay theirs.

A join code

Six characters. Post it, text it, put it on a whiteboard. Anyone who signs up with it lands on your roster the moment their account exists. Or invite them by email and they get a card in the app with Join or Not now — nobody is added without saying yes.

A team chat

One group thread for the whole team, photos and video included. Plus a one-to-one with each player, which is never paid and never goes away.

A calendar

Games, practices, days off, team dinners — a time, a place and a Directions link that opens Maps. Everyone sees it on their own schedule.

One program for the team

Pick a program from our catalog and set it for the whole roster from a start date. Off-season, in-season, whatever the year looks like.

Their chat with us, in the loop

When one of your players messages Athlete Made Easy, you can read it and write in it. You know what they've been told.

CH.02WHAT IT ISN'TTHE LINES, SAID OUT LOUD
A coach is not an admin here.

Everything below is a hard limit, not a default you could talk us out of.

You don't write the programs

We do. You can't author or edit anything in the catalog, and you don't need to — that is the part we take off you.

You don't own their account

Every player has their own free account and keeps it. If they leave your team, they keep everything they logged and you stop seeing it.

You don't get their private stuff

Food, body weight and readiness notes are never in a coach's window. That is not a setting, it is how the data is fenced.

CH.03STARTINGABOUT FIVE MINUTES
01
Make an account

Free. When the app asks what brings you here, say you coach a team.

02
Name the team

That's it — you have a join code on the next screen.

03
Hand out the code

Or invite by email. They join, and your roster fills up.

CH.04QUESTIONSSTRAIGHT ANSWERS
What does it cost?

Nothing today. Coaching is open to everyone while we work out what it should cost, and the training has always been free. Before anything costs money you get the price and at least 30 days' notice.

Do I have to train on it myself?

No. Sign up, say you're here for your team, and the app stays out of your way — no program, no training screens, no reminders. If you do train, say so and you get the whole thing.

My players are under 18. What happens?

They sign up and train like anyone else, from 13 up. A parent can link to their account afterwards if they want to follow along, and then they see their own kid's training and can message you. Nobody else's. Under 13 we don't take an account at all.

Can someone be on my team and not pay for coaching?

Yes, and most will be. Being on your team is free and always will be. Coaching from us is a separate thing they choose for themselves.

Can I run more than one team?

Yes — an off-season group and a school team, say. Each gets its own calendar, chat and program.

Do I need approval to start?

No. Make an account, say you coach a team, name it, and you have a join code. You have to be 18 or over.

Bring your team.

It costs nothing, your players keep their own accounts, and the training is already written.
