training is going.
Link to your kid's account and you see their program, their sessions, their best jump and their lifts, and you can read the chats they have with a coach. You can write in those too, as yourself. It takes about a minute to set up, it is free, and either of you can start it.
Free, same app, same sign-up. Nothing about your kid is shared with you yet.
By the email they signed up with. Or, from their phone, they add you.
One tap on their end, and their training shows up on yours.
Either direction works and neither is required. Your child can train here without a parent account at all, the way they can on every other training app — linking is for when you want to see it.
The program they're on, the sessions they've done, their best jump, their lifts and their tests — the same window their coach gets.
Every one-to-one they have here: with us, and with a team coach if they're on a team. You can write in those too, as yourself.
Who coaches it, the calendar with times and places, and the team chat — which you can read but not post in. That one belongs to the players.
Training is free, and coaching is free for everyone right now. If it ever costs money, under 18 it goes on your card, not theirs.
A teenager who thinks everything is being read stops logging honestly, and dishonest logs are worse than none. Three things are never in a parent's window, and that is not a setting you or we can change.
Food logging is theirs. You don't see it.
Body weight is theirs. You don't see it.
The daily check-in — sleep, mood, soreness, pain — is theirs. You don't see it.
Does my child need me to sign something before they can train?
No. From 13 they can use Athlete Made Easy the way they'd use any other training app — by creating an account, they confirm a parent or guardian agrees to the terms for them. Those terms say plainly that training carries a real risk of injury. Under 13, no account at all.
How long does linking take?
About a minute. Make an account, add your child by the email they signed up with, and they confirm it's you with one tap. Or they add you from their phone and you accept.
Do I need my own account?
Yes, to see their training or message their coach. It's free and it's the same app you'd use to train yourself, if you wanted to.
Is there a waiver I can sign?
Yes, and it's optional. It's the document Florida law writes for a parent releasing an activity provider on a child's behalf, with the notice the statute requires. You'll find it on your child's page once you're linked. Signing it doesn't change whether they can train — it's there if you want the paperwork done properly.
What does it cost?
The training is free and stays free — every program, every number, no card. Coaching from a person is a separate thing, and it is free for everyone right now too.
My child is under 13.
They can't use Athlete Made Easy. The app asks for a birthday before anything else, and an account under 13 doesn't open. That one is not a setting.
Can I stop it?
You can unlink from their page any time, and you stop seeing their training. They can remove the link themselves once they turn 18. If you want the account closed rather than unlinked, message us.
Do I have to train too?
No. Say you're here for your kid and the app keeps it simple — no program, no training screens, no reminders. You can switch it on later if you want it.
The full terms are at athletemadeeasy.com/terms and what we do with data is at /privacy.
Free, no card, and you can see how it's going whenever you want to.
