Want areal personon your side?
One AME coach who knows you. They answer your messages, watch every video you send, and change your program when it needs changing. $50 a month or $500 a year. Answered within 24 hours, every day, or your next month is free.
The first 14 days are free, once per person. Stop before the 14 days end and you pay nothing.

You can't watch yourself train.
Your coach is Connor Barth.
Pro dunker. A measured 47″ vertical. Training athletes since 2015. He answers every message himself.
What AME 1-on-1 Coaching gets you.
1-on-1 means your own AME coach: someone who knows you and answers you, by message and video. And the weekly group call is free for everyone.
Messages
Ask anything. Your coach answers within 24 hours, every day.
Video reviews
Film a set, a jump or a test and send it, as often as you like. Your coach watches it and tells you what they see.
Weekly progress check
Every week your coach looks at everything you logged. They make sure you're on track.
Program changes
Busy week, sore knee, new gym? Your coach changes your program to fit.
If something hurts
It goes to your coach, who adjusts your training.
The weekly group call
Free for everyone, Fridays at 4 PM Eastern, with Connor. Tap Save your seat on the app's Today screen, then Join when it starts. Bring a question, or just listen.

Straight answers.
How do I get a coach?
Tap Start 14 days free (or Get coaching, if you've had it before), make an account or sign in, pick monthly or yearly, and check out on the web. Then open the app — your coach is in Messages.
Do I need a coach to use the app?
No. The app and every program work on their own. A coach is extra help, for when you want it.
How fast do I get an answer?
Answered within 24 hours, every day, or your next month is free. Weekends count too: a message sent on Saturday morning is answered by Sunday morning.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the first time. Free for 14 days, then $50 a month. On the yearly plan: Free for 14 days, then $500 a year. We take your card when you start and charge it when the 14 days end. Stop before the 14 days end and you pay nothing. It's once per person: if you've had AME 1-on-1 Coaching before, it starts on the plan you pick.
What if my message isn't answered in time?
Your next month is free, and you don't have to ask. On the monthly plan, a month's price comes off your next bill. On the yearly plan, your renewal moves back a month. Every late answer earns its own free month. It starts with your first payment, so the free days of a trial don't count.
What does 1-on-1 mean?
1-on-1 means your own AME coach: someone who knows you and answers you, by message and video. And the weekly group call is free for everyone.
Can I talk to someone before I start?
Yes. Not sure it's for you? Book a free 30-minute call and find out. It's one call to help you decide, not a training session.
Who is the coach?
Connor Barth, who started Athlete Made Easy. He's a pro dunker and has trained athletes since 2015. For now he answers every message and every video himself — a real person, not a bot.
Do I have to join the group call?
No. It's there if you want it, and it's free for everyone: Fridays at 4 PM Eastern. Save your seat on the app's Today screen, come when you can, ask a question, or just listen.
Can a parent pay for it?
Yes. An athlete of any age can have an AME coach. Once you're linked to your kid's account, you can pay for it from your own account page on the web. Your own coaching, if you want it, is separate.
Can I stop?
Any time, from your account page on the web. Coaching is billed there, not through the App Store. It runs to the end of what you paid for — the month, or the year. There are no refunds; if something has gone wrong, write to us and we'll decide. You keep your programs, logs and charts. (The 8-Week Preseason Vertical Challenge is separate, with its own terms and its own refund rule.)
