About Athlete Made Easy
Three founders.One team.
Athlete Made Easy started with three people. We're the founders, and right now we're also the whole team.
Where it began
It started with how a pro dunker trains.
Connor Barth is a pro dunker. He has a 47-inch measured vertical and has won five dunk contests. One of his dunks has over 100 million views.
He has also spent about ten years training other athletes. The first program was the way he trains to jump higher. We put it in an app so anyone could follow it, log every rep, and watch their own numbers move.
Jumping higher was the first goal. Programs for more goals are being built now, the same way: the way athletes train.

Who we are
The founders are the team.
There are three of us, and right now we're the whole team. When you message a trainer, a real person on our team answers.

What we do now
Three things, in one app.
- Programs for your goalPick a goal and follow a program built the way athletes train. Jump higher is ready now, and more goals are being built.
- Tools for teamsA coach gets a roster, a join code, a team calendar and a group chat. Free for good.
- Help from a trainerMessage a real person, send videos of your lifts and jumps, and join the weekly group call.
Why it's free
Why the app and team tools are free.
The app, the programs and everything for teams are free, for good.
Here's why. Some things cost us money every time someone uses them, like a trainer's time. Other things cost almost nothing more when one more person joins, like the app, a program, or a team chat. We give that second kind away.
A trainer's time is the first kind. So help from a trainer is free right now, but it won't always be. You get at least 30 days' notice, and the exact price, before anything starts costing money.
